-Cumin: a teaspoon
-Fish seasoning: half a teaspoon
-Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed fine)
-Black Pepper: Half a teaspoon
-Lemon: 1 grain (sliced)
-Rosemary: 2 sticks (fresh)

How to prepare
_Make cracks with a sharp knife in the fish and place them in the oven tray.

-Salt: half a teaspoon
-Paprika: a quarter of a teaspoon
-Ground coriander: 1/4 teaspoon (ground)
-olive oil: 3 tablespoons

How to prepare
_Mix the minced meat with grated onion and rusk, well in a bowl.
_Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, coriander, mixed spices and paprika, and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.
_Create medium sized balls of meat, put them in a tray lined with butter paper, and put them in the fridge for an hour.
_Heat the oil in a thick, wide skillet over medium heat, add the meatballs and stir for 10 minutes until they are tender and browned.
