Roasted Meatballs for Diet
Ingredients
-Minced meat: 500 grams
-Onions: 1 grain (small size / grated)
-Rusk: quarter cup
-Mixed spices: 1/2 teaspoon
-Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
-Salt: half a teaspoon
-Paprika: a quarter of a teaspoon
-Ground coriander: 1/4 teaspoon (ground)
-olive oil: 3 tablespoons
How to prepare
_Mix the minced meat with grated onion and rusk, well in a bowl.
_Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, coriander, mixed spices and paprika, and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.
_Create medium sized balls of meat, put them in a tray lined with butter paper, and put them in the fridge for an hour.
_Heat the oil in a thick, wide skillet over medium heat, add the meatballs and stir for 10 minutes until they are tender and browned.
_Serve hot with a sprinkle of parsley, next to grilled vegetables or salad, to taste.
