Kabsa is one of the famous Gulf dishes .. It is prepared with meat or chicken.
Prepare it today with meat for a special lunch for the family maid on the trip.

How is kabsa prepared?

Kabsa with meat

Ingredients
_Lamb: 2000 g
_Rice: 1 kilo
_Onions: 1 grain (large size)
_Garlic: 4 cloves
_Tomato: 5 grains
_Cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon
_Cumin: A quarter of a teaspoon
_Lemon: 1 grain (dried)
_Salt, to taste
_Spices: splash
_Ginger: 50 g
_Green Cardamom: 3 Pieces
_Cashew Nuts: 50 gm
_pine: 50 g
_Obesity: 100 grams
_Water: as needed
_Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon


How to prepare
1. Finely chop the onions, then put them in the cooking pot, add oil, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick and mix.

2. Add the meat and garlic, a sprinkle of spices, salt, cumin, and cinnamon. Add the crushed tomatoes.

3. Then add the water and leave it until the meat is tender. Add the rice after all the ingredients are tender.

4. Pour in a serving dish and garnish with cashews and pine nuts, decorate with parsley paper and sliced fried onions.
