Kabsa with Tuna.. There are many ways to make kabsa recipes. We chose a distinctive way for you and a very nice taste of delicious tuna fish. An easy and quick recipe. Try it today on the lunch trip.

How is kabsa prepared?

Cooking time:
40 minutes

Sufficient for:
4 people


Ingredients
-Basmati rice: one and a half cups (washed and drenched)
-Tuna: 4 cans (filtered from water)
-olive oil: 2 tbsp
-Garlic: 3 cloves (minced)
-Onions: 1 grain (chopped)
-Green Chili Pepper: Horn (minced)
-Turmeric: a quarter of a teaspoon
-Cumin: 1/4 teaspoon (ground)
-Kabsa Seasoning: 1 tablespoon
-Tomatoes: can (mashed)
-Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
-Salt: 1 tablespoon
-Lemon: 1 grain
-Hot water: 2 cups


How to prepare
_Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add onions and stir for 5 minutes until softened.
_Add garlic, hot pepper, salt, and stir for two minutes.
_Add the tuna and my heart for two minutes.
_Add the mashed tomatoes, tomato paste, kabsa, spices, turmeric and cumin, and stir, then leave the mixture for ten minutes.
_Add the rice and water and leave the mixture until it boils, then reduce the heat and cover the pot and leave it for 25 minutes until the rice is soft.
_Pour the mixture into a serving dish and garnish with the roasted nuts and sprinkle with coriander, as desired.
