-Mozzarella cheese: 2 cups (grated)

-Basil: Half a cup (fresh)
Other ingredients
-Warm water: 600 ml
- Flour: 7 cups (sieve)
-Instant yeast: 3 tablespoons
- olive oil: 6 tablespoons
-Salt: a teaspoon and a half
-Sugar: 2 tsp
How to prepare
_Mix the yeast with warm water in a bowl and leave it for 5 minutes until it melts and boils.
_Put the flour in another bowl and make a hole in the middle.
_Add the yeast and water mixture into the hole, add oil, sugar, and salt and knead by hand for 15 minutes until a smooth, smooth, moldable dough is formed.
_Grease a bowl with olive oil, rub the dough with it, put it in the bowl, cover it and leave it in a warm place for an hour until it fermentes and doubles in size.
_Extend the dough on a floured surface and cut it into balls and roll it with a rolling pin.
_Put the dough in a greased pizza tray with a little oil.
_Distribute pizza sauce, olives, cheese and basil.
_Put the tray on the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and the dough is cooked.
_Slice it and serve it warm
