How is pizza prepared?

Sufficient for:
6 people
Ingredients
- olive oil: 2 tbsp
-Garlic: 2 cloves (crushed)
-Oregano: 1 tablespoon (dried and ground)
-Tomatoes: can (mashed)
-Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
-Sugar: half a teaspoon
-Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
How to prepare
_Heat olive oil in a large skillet over a fire.
_Add garlic and my heart for a minute.
_Add the dried oregano and mashed tomatoes and leave the mixture until it starts to boil and leave the mixture for 25 minutes over low heat until the mixture becomes thick and thick.
_Add salt, sugar and black pepper, remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool.
_Place the mixture in a tight glass jar until use.
