How is pizza prepared?

Ingredients
Dough ingredients:
Flour: 3 cups
Yeast: a teaspoon and a half
Sugar: a teaspoon
Salt: half a teaspoon
Warm water: a cup
Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
Garlic powder: half a teaspoon
Filling ingredients:
Pizza Sauce: Cup (ready)
Red pepper: half a grain (chopped small cubes)
Yellow pepper: half a grain (minced cubes)
Zucchini: 1 piece (chopped small cubes)
Cheddar cheese: half a cup (grated)
Mozzarella cheese: cup (grated)
Oregano: half a teaspoon (dried and ground)

How to prepare
1_Mix the yeast with sugar in the warm water and leave the mixture for 7 minutes until the yeast spreads.
2_Add flour, oil, salt, and garlic powder and knead for 10 minutes until the dough is homogeneous and creates a smooth, smooth dough.
3_Grease the dough with a little olive oil, cover the bowl of dough and leave it in a warm place for an hour until the dough ferments.
4_Extend the dough in a tray, brushed with a little oil, and make cracks with a fork.
5_Distribute pizza sauce and cheddar cheese, then distribute colored peppers and zucchini.
6_Put the tray in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then remove it, spread the oregano and mozzarella cheese, and return it to the oven for 10 minutes until browned and the cheese melts.
7_Slice and serve hot.
