-Steak: 2 slices (fillet)
-Salt: half a teaspoon
-Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
-Lettuce: 1 cup (minced)
-Tomato: 1 grain (sliced)
-Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp (lite)
-Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
-French bread: 2 pieces (wheat)

How to prepare
_Heat a thick skillet over medium to high heat.
_Season with salt and pepper.
_Fry the steak with the heated skillet, then add the oil and fry until tender.
_Remove the steak from the pan and cut it into thin slices with a sharp knife, put it in a plate and cover.
_Spread the mayonnaise in the bread, then distribute the meat, lettuce, tomato and serve.

Ingredients
-Basmati rice: 3 cups
-Water: 3 cups and three quarters of a cup


How to prepare
_Thoroughly wash the rice with cold water and then filter with a filter.
_Put the water in a saucepan and add the rice and leave the mixture to a boil without covering the pot for 7 minutes until the water evaporates and holes appear on the rice surface in the pot.
_Reduce heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes until rice is cooked.
_Remove the pot from the heat and leave it for 5 minutes, then lightly stir in the fork and serve hot alongside chicken, meat or vegetables as desired.
