Steak sandwich with vegetables for diet

Ingredients
-Steak: 2 slices (fillet)
-Salt: half a teaspoon
-Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
-Lettuce: 1 cup (minced)
-Tomato: 1 grain (sliced)
-Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp (lite)
-Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
-French bread: 2 pieces (wheat)

How to prepare
_Heat a thick skillet over medium to high heat.
_Season with salt and pepper.
_Fry the steak with the heated skillet, then add the oil and fry until tender.
_Remove the steak from the pan and cut it into thin slices with a sharp knife, put it in a plate and cover.
_Spread the mayonnaise in the bread, then distribute the meat, lettuce, tomato and serve.
