Biscuit with nuts and chocolate
Ingredients
-Butter: a cup (soft at room temperature)
-Sugar: 4 tablespoons
-Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
-Flour: one cup and three quarters of a cup (sifted)
-Walnut: a cup (rough chopped)
-Cocoa powder: quarter cup
-Fine sugar: a third of a cup (sifted)
How to prepare
_Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
_Cook the butter tray with butter paper.
_Whisk in butter and regular sugar until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
_Add vanilla, sifted flour, nuts, cocoa powder and mix thoroughly.
_Make medium sized balls, dip them with soft sugar and place them in the prepared tray.
_Put the tray in the oven for 25 minutes until done.
_Remove the tray from the oven and leave to cool a little, and feet warm or cold as desired.
