How is kabsa prepared?

Ingredients
-Basmati rice: 3 cups (long grain)
-Onions: 5 grains (sliced wings)
-Chicken: two chickens (each chicken is divided into four sections)
-Dry black lemon: 3 grains
-Saffron: 1 teaspoon
-Cumin: As desired
-Coriander: As desired
-Hill: As desired (or Habban)
-Cinnamon: As desired
-Cloves: As desired
-Salt, to taste
-Black pepper to taste
Salt: a spoon (Chinese salt)
Hill: grains (right spices)
-bay leaf: leaves (right spices)
-Potatoes: 4 grains (diced and fried)
-pine: to taste (toasted, for garnish)
How to prepare
1. Put the pot on the heat, with a little ghee and put the right spices, then chicken and my heart for five minutes.
2. Add the water and put it on the fire until ripe, then take out the chicken and put the rice in the same water, add the Chinese salt and leave it until it is half level, then strain and put the pot on the fire in it a little oil, put the onions and my heart until wither, and add the chicken and my heart, then Add soft spices, except saffron, and stir carefully.
3. Add a little salt, then add half the amount of rice and sprinkle saffron over it, then add the rest of the rice, close the pot, and leave it on low heat for 20 minutes.
4. Stir in the serving plate and garnish with French fries and pine nuts.
