Ingredients
-Chicken breast: 500 grams (medium sliced section)
-Yogurt: half a cup
-Cornflakes: half a cup (ground)
-Rusk: quarter cup
-Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
-Salt: half a teaspoon
-Oregano: 1/4 teaspoon (dried and ground)
-Black Pepper: Half a teaspoon
-Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
How to prepare
_Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
_In a medium bowl, mix the chicken and milk.
_Cover the mixture and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
_Mix cornflakes, rusk, garlic powder, oregano and black pepper in a bowl or plastic bag.
_Remove the chicken from the milk and cover it with corn flakes.
_Place the chicken in the oven tray on butter paper and put it in the oven for 10 minutes, stirring until it becomes brown and soft.
_Serve hot along with your favorite sauce.
