Fish nuggets

Ingredients
-Fillet thickness: half a kilo
-Potatoes: 2 cups (mashed)
-Rusk: a cup (ground)
-Onion powder: sprinkle
-Garlic powder: 1 sprinkle
-Garlic: 2 cloves (crushed)
-Cumin: a sprinkle
-Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
-Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
-Starch: 1 tablespoon
-Parsley: to taste

How to prepare
1. In a medium bowl, season the fish with mashed garlic and spices well.

2. Put the fish in the kibbeh and chop it well, then put the potatoes, starch, salt, baking powder, rusk, and my heart until completely mixed.

3. Form the mixture in the shape of nuggets, then put it in the rusk.

4. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.

5. Put the fish nuggets in the hot oil until it turns golden.
