Moroccan chicken tagine for diabetics

How is MOROCCAN TAGINE prepared?

Ingredients
-Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
-Chicken breast: 2 breasts (diced)
-Onions: 1 grain (chopped)
-Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
-Pumpkin: 2 cups (cubes)
-Hummus: cup (boiled and filtered)
-Carrot: 1 grain (minced)
-Tomato: 1 grain (chopped)
-Tomato juice: half a cup
-Chicken broth: a cup (or vegetables)
-Sugar: 1 tablespoon
-Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
-Salt: 1 teaspoon
-Dry Coriander: 1 teaspoon (ground)

How to prepare
1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir the chicken, onion and garlic until the chicken has browned for 15 minutes.

2. Mix the squash, chickpeas, carrots, tomatoes and tomato juice, with the broth, sugar and lemon in a saucepan over the fire.

3. Season with salt and coriander, and leave the mixture until it boils.

4. Add the chicken to the mixture and leave it on heat until the ingredients are flat and hot.
